Apollo 7 Gantry, 13 April 1972. Page from a bound sketchbook. This sketch of the gantry used for Apollo 7 occupies the entire vertical space of the page. In the right margin are close-up sketches of specific parts, the lower one labeled "fuel pump connection." Text in the lower right reads: "Apollo 7 First Saturn-Apollo manned launch and complex. This gantry is now being disassembled for the scrap. Grissom, White and Chaffee died here. Pad 34 13 April 1972."
