Drawing, Felt Tip Pen on Paper, VIEW FROM TITUSVILLE APOLLO 10
View from Titusville-Apollo 10, 5/18/69. Felt tip pen and wash drawing on paper. Page from a sketchbook. A large crowd is gathered along the shore to watch the launch of Apollo 10. The crowd spans the horizontal center of the page, and on the horizon across the water are a few tall structures, including the rocket and gantry on the left. A row of parked cars lines the bottom of the page and clouds fill in the top of the scene. Writing along the bottom margin reads: "View from Titusville Apollo 10 11:35AM 5/18/69."
