    Cylindrical, with dome top, very wrinkled and unevenly soldered in three circles. Dome at other (bottom) end, with two outlets in close juxtaposition to each other, one in the center of the dome, the other near the outer circumference. Uneven, roughly cut rectangular section, approximately 7 inches by 2.75 inches, cut along side of tank for inspection shortly after test of the rocket motor associated with this tank. One corner layer of the of the cut section partly pulled up, showing the indiividual copper outer layer, asbestos middle layer, steel under layer, and internal view of the tank interior including a smaller diameter metal rod leading from the central, larger diameter outlet at the end of the tank down towards the other end of the tank. Considerable wear and denting throughout the tank. Copper exterior and silver or gray colored steel under layer, some gray asbestos in middle layer, partly seen. Some green splotches on exterior from deteroration. Has internal valve.
