Irregular-shaped, ring, 3.25 inches in diameter, of 3/16 inch diameter tubing, to which is welded, on one side of ring, one set of projecting tubes, 4/16 inches in diameter piping, forming sloping roof-like angle, other half of this roof on other side of ring; similar set of projecting tubes, sloping roof-like, welded on to bottom of ring; each end of these projecting tubes (four ends total), flattened, with hole, for mounting, but without screws; also welded on to ring, in center, a set of four equidistant rectangular vanes, moveable, on hinge and rod attachment also welded to ring; each flap, with multiple, equidistant holes drilled through; holes on some vanes filled with white plaster or ceramic; all vanes with same kind of white plaster or ceramic over hinge part, to cover hinges, but vanes still moveable; four screws, steel, each at an angle, attached to eyelets welded around ring; some surface rusting over whole, but still exhibitable
