    Irregularly shaped, large glass tube with one closed, round end and three smaller diameter tubes projecting from other end in prong fashion, the two outer tubes at a 45 degree angle from the axis, the middle tube projecting straight and with glass ball fused on end; the two outer tubes each with two hollow copper tubes projecting from lumps of hardened black sealing wax or ceramic at their tops; steel clamps around each set of these copper tubes, each clamp with two screws; two additional thin glass tubes projecting from other side of larger, main tube and joined together, as a cornered U-shape, on the side of the main tube; glass petcock on upper side of one of tube closest to the three-pronged tubes in front; another glass petcock on upper side of smaller broken-off piece of glass tubing with black sealing wax or ceramic on one end and glass petcock in middle; copper-colored wire mesh cylinder inside larger tube near three-pronged end; larger tube, broken off under this mesh cylinder.
