Top-like object, with small truncated dome on top with hole in middle; matching truncated dome at bottom, with threaded shaft projecting from middle; equidistant set screws around top of upper dome; three small diameter drill holes or dents on one side of sloping wall on top, possibly for balance during the spinning or revolving of this component; groove around mid periphery, or cylindrical part of object; small projecting cone or volcano-shaped projection inside hole in top; overall, shiny, silver metal.
