Overall, cigar-shaped with blunt nose and tapered toward the aft fins. Four cruciform fins in the mid-section and four smaller cruciform aft fins. All fins with aileron flaps. Painted yellow. Guidance section, five rectangular multi-pin connectors protruding from front, three with male prongs and two with female or hole recepticles, each of the connectors mounted on brown phenolic rectangular strips (see Marks for numbers on these strips); green chromate paint inside guidance section, at front. Radiating lines on left, side (looking at missile from aft to nose), at right corner of mid fin, with what appear to be degree marks, with the degree numbers, 20, 10, 0, 20. This system was apparently used to pre-adjust the fins at certain angles to achieve a specific trajectory.
