Two broken off pieces, main, cylindrical section, series of rings attatchedl to each other, within, by wires; four white ceramic or porclain, partly conical legs or insulators attatched with screw rods around lower ring, on bottom, two other legs missing from drilled leg holes completing the circle; bottoms of legs broken off; series of small, transparent plastic cylinders around upper and lower rings. Other component, cigar-shaped tube attached to center of cylinder, with smaller diameter disc at bottom; this component, overall, aluminum colored.
