Cylindrical with protruding nozzle at end and four large clipped delta stabilizing fins welded to body at rear; one fin slightly bent from flight attempt of 22 May, 1965; no nosecone; welded closure plate inside front end; overall, bare metal gray and brown (surface rust and numerous scratches); fins painted glossy red for ease in tracking and also containing many scratches; varnish over nozzle.
