Cylinder, with blunt nosecone at front, rear with portion of stick in ferrule protruding from middle of base; internally threaded hole in nose for fuze; ferrule contains original wood, imbedded, from guidestick; rear with three exhaust holes; hollow throughout projectile; ferrule, with open, two-sided snake-like mouth for accomodating guidestick, with two holes, on opposite sides at top of ferrule, for securing nailes or screws to guidestick which it is inserted down mouth of ferrule; brazing seam down length of body and also rivets; surface throughout, very rough; painted stone color after restoration.
