Gray pasteboard tube, slightly thick diameter on top, for 8in. in length; two smaller diameter cartridges, side by side, attached to bottom of rocket body, one cartridge open as socket to receive wood guidstick; specimen without full wooden guidestick; nose cap missing and open on top, with separate and removeable "garniture" or flare cylinder inside, 2in. long and 1.75in. diameter, white, with 6in. string attached; below this garniture is also inserted a wrapped (folded) parachute with attached cords; label, creme colored or faded white, around top of rocket, partly torn, reading "Parachute Rocket Mark --- [number missiing but probably 1] - See that Stick is Firmly Secured in the Socket - Lot No. [no number given] - Date [no date given]."
