Cylinder, black; on one end, one very small eye hook, steel, and two adjacent steel eye hooks, with solder or welded metal in eyes of the latter two hooks, one with white plastic insulated electrical wire strand attached to it; black electrical tape wrapped around near end of this wire; two threaded holes, each near the periphery on this end of the cylinder, one with the number 800 adjacent to the hole; end portion of other end of cylinder, silver colored short cylinder, fixed on like a collar, with six-sided nut on end of cylinder, and short cylinder in middle; four equidistant threaded holes around top of silver colored collar; silver colored rectangular manufacturer's plate along side of cylinder, closer to wire end of cylinder (see Marks)
