Paper card printed on both sides and laminated in clear plastic, with a small white Velcro patch on each side. Side one lists hardware components of the Pulmonary Function (PuFF) experiment, and side 2 lists operating procedures with a photo of the suggested setup. PuFF was flown on early International Space Station Missions as part of the Human Research Facility (HRF).
