Crossing the Equator, July 15. Drawing on mono-print and air-brushed ink. The forms of three heads comprise this drawing. In the center is King Neptune with a crown of some sort and a beard. To the left is his wife, also wearing a crown. To the right and seemingly in the distance is a buccaneer with a rag tied over his head. Splatters of dark wash across the scene add texture and depth. Text in the bottom left reads, "Crossing the Equator, Neptune and His Bride Come Aboard- USS Hornet, July 15."
