White fabric panel with pouches, sensors; transducers; hookup; sternal harness. Off-white relatively coarse plain weave rectangular fabric panel bound in bias tape, male snaps around the reverse edge. Three beta cloth "pouches" made by stitching half a rectangular piece of beta cloth to the panel, then folding over and attaching the loose half with snaps. Pouches contain a battery(?) and two electrode boxes. A rigid "E" shaped connector covered in beta cloth connects the devices in each pouch. The battery pouch is marked with red zig-zag stitching above it and red connector attach point. The electrode box on the opposite end has similar black zig-zag stitching and black connector attach point. The middle electrode box has no stitching and a white connector attach point. The opposite end of the middle electrode box has a yellow connector to two red wires containing three electrodes. The end electrode box has a blue connector to two red wires containing two electrodes.
Electrode wires have brown plastic insulation tag "SN-1009"
The "E" shaped connector also has a beta cloth-covered bundle of wires between the two electrode box pouches, ending in a blue 9-pin female connector. Data printed on the wire bundle cover and a label on the E-shaped connector.
A second piece is a beta cloth-covered wire bundle with a blue 9-pin male connector on one end, larger pin connector at the other, and a cylindrical pin connector at the middle. Data printed on the cylindrical connector identifes the part as "HARNESS, SUIT".
