Irregular, roughly conical black housing with Canon 85mm [Ikotar] lens. Black cable with attached 11-prong silver-colored and green plug. Glass opposite lens has grid pattern. Gold-colored metal lens cap with interior black fabric rim (worn short-pile velvet?) to provide friction.
