Sold in the United States and Canada, it is designed for placement on top of recreational vehicles to receive satellite signals for television programming and other purposes. The antenna is an example of the dramatic growth in consumer devices that enable many of the comforts of home to be enjoyed on road trips. Winegard donated the antenna,
