The cylindrical object is probably a bottom or support piece to something which would fit on the 3.0" wide top; much like object #A198209059000. Writing on the tube reads: "3 of this." It's not known if this means that there are three objects like this or this this is one part of three. The top rim is 0.5" wide, while the circular hole is 2.5".
