Air connectors such as this were attached to the Gemini spacesuit on the front upper torso. They were attached through all layers of the suit, and connected to the life support system in the spacecraft, or to the personal air handling system carried by the astronaut to the spacecraft. Blue connectors were used for the air inlets, and red connectors were used for the air exhaust.
