This device was part of the avionics for ther Space Shuttle. It may have been used to control the thrust vector of one of the Solid Rocket Boosters, and is probably unflown. It was transfered from NASA in 2014.
This object is not on display at the National Air and Space Museum. It is either on loan or in storage.
