This is an instrumentation rack with intact aspect magnetometers and some electronics that flew on an Aerobee sounding rocket. This rack includes a battery box, junction box, an optical aspect sensor, and apertures for UV photometers. This artifact is part of a collection of high-energy detectors from the Naval Research Laboratory (see Catalogue numbers 19880001000-19880017000).

Transferred from NRL to the Museum in 1987.
