Section of a printed textile with the pattern done in red ink on a white background. No balloons are shown on this part of the pattern, but the pattern includes balloons in other areas. This part of the pattern features women standing under a tent, surrounded by opulent floral and classical motifs. Edges are unfinished. Bottom edge is scalloped.
