Physical Description

Small metal souvenir or game piece. Metal cutout of a balloon with two figures in the gondola. Balloon is labeled 'SPENCER / N.YORK.' Painted with red, green, and yellow paint on the front. Reverse is rough. Has feet on the bottom to make the balloon free-standing.
