Panel mounted instrument with white face and black markings on face. Painted black overall. Scale reads 0 to 35 volts DC with red line at 28.5 volts indicated. Black paint chipped at 9-10 o'clock possition showing brass underneath. For markings on face see TMS "Mark(s)". Two threaded post connectors on back, one marked "+".
