Bring the family for a movie night under the stars on the Udvar-Hazy Center's outdoor airplane ramp. Don't forget your chairs, blankets, and insect repellent! Food is allowed, but alcohol and glass bottles or containers are prohibited. Doors open at 8:00 pm and the movie will begin at dusk. 

Apollo 13, starring Tom Hanks as Capt. Jim Lovell, tells the story of what was to be NASA's third Moon landing mission, but quickly became a crisis situation when an on-board explosion threatened the spacecraft's oxygen and power supply. 

The Reels on the Ramp outdoor movie series takes place most Saturdays from June 23 to August 25 at the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center in Chantilly, Virginia. Dates subject to change. View the whole schedule.
