Application of Hollytex on Horten Ho 229 V3

Hollytex, a white, non-woven, synthetic fabric, is applied to a deteriorated metal section of the Horten Ho 229 V3 during conservation treatment. Hollytex is applied to the interior of area of loss. Hollytex is 100% polyester and was chosen for its long-term stability, ability to conform to surfaces, and strength.
