    National Air and Space Museum curator Paul Ceruzzi explains how astronauts in the early years of space exploration used slide rules to perform calculations on their space missions. Ceruzzi was one of the presenters at Explore the Universe Family Day, and is standing next to the Apollo 11 command module, which carried astronauts home after the first walk by humans on the Moon.
