Glass for the south end of the Aviation Hangar

Each Aviation Hangar end truss (around the doors) is rimmed in glass panels, installed by Harmon Inc. This blue-tinted glass has ultraviolet filtering to protect the artifacts inside. Each 1,000-poind panel measures 15''6" by 4''9". In this picture a large plate of glass is being lifted into the south end of the hangar.
