    The letter "N" of the Star Trek starship Enterprise studio model is seen here with a 1/32" grid overlaid onto it. The grid is the same size as the other block characters in the registry number. During restoration of the model, the team discovered that the “N” went through a couple changes over time, but seemingly never quite made it from the drawing board to the model exactly right.
