    With the skills of a mountain climber, a worker for Pioneer Roofing works on top of the center area of the aviation hangar. The outer surface of the hangar, made of Dupont Hypalon, can be seen in the lower part of the picture -- it has low radar and light reflectivity for the safety of Dulles Airport aircraft.
