    These 3 images of the Sun were taken hours apart on the afternoon of Thursday, March 3, using a hydrogen-alpha telescope. The first image was taken at 12:00 p.m., the second at 2:20 p.m., and the third at 3:10 p.m. The series of images shows a large prominence changing drastically over the course of just a few hours.
