Mrs. Over is a graduate of the Ohio State University with a B. S. in Aeronautical and Astronautically Engineering. She started at the NASA Glenn Research Center in 1983 where she has made many contributions to NASA’s space program including:
Shuttle/Centaur Galileo, Ulysses & Magellan mission design
Titan IV Cassini Mission design
Program Manager, NASA HQ Space Science Manifest/ payloads
Combustion Module-1 and -2 integration & Project Managers.
Mrs. Over has received many honors for her work including Special Achievement Award, Space flight Awareness & Silver Snoopy Awards. She is married and has three children
