Mr. Lubash began his career as a design engineer in the aerospace industry. In 1959 Mr. Lubash was one of the founders of Transworld Services, Inc., a multinational aerospace & aviation technical support company. As the CEO, Mr. Lubash led the growth of the company which employed over 4000 engineers & technicians in support of most of the major aviation & space related programs of the times.
He was also an innovative leader in the industry, pioneering support activities for foreign aircraft development and the use of expatriate engineers for the development of the Boeing family of aircraft. Mr. Lubash was directly involved with the Department of Labor and Congressional leadership in establishing guidelines for utilizing foreign technical experts in the United States.
Mr. Lubash is an active pilot with over 2000 hours and has ratings in single-engine and multi-engine aircraft, as well as glider, instrument, and helicopter (military) ratings.
