Born a simple country boy in Opp, Alabama 05-22-1950. Earliest memory
was a desire to be an Aviator watching huge formations of WWII Aircraft
flying overhead from Eglin AFB to the desert. After trail blazing early life
finally graduated from Alabama Aviation Tech, Ozark Alabama. From there;
climbed the aviation ladder of various flying jobs to land a pilot slot at Eastern
Metro Airlines. And then American Airlines in 1986 to become an International
Captain flying wide body aircraft from Canada down through South America,
the Caribbean and Europe. Aircraft Types: BAE3100, F-100, B-727, B-757,
B767, A300. 30 years at American Airlines. 23 years as an AAL Captain.
