I was an Assistant Attorney General for the state of Wisconsin for 32 years and a retired Colonel in the USAF.
While on AAG represented the State of Wisconsin before the then CAB. I was able to get Northwest Airlines its route to Japan in the Trans Pacific Case.
I also represented Wisconsin to ICC and was able to overturn the Penn Central Case under the Regional Rail Transportation Act of 1973 (384 F. Supp 605).
During the Korean War I was MIO at the Control Center near Tokyo at Johnson AFB. While in Germany I interpreted the NATO agreement for the CO at Rheine-Main AFB.
