Fighter Squadron Commander and Deputy Group Commander, Eighth Air Force, World War II ; Career Air Force Officer with positions of considerable responsibility in the offices of the Secretary of Defense, the U.S. Mission to NATO, the Chief of Staff, USAF and the U.S,. Embassy, France. Following retirement was the Director of European Operations for a large U.S, Aerospace subcontractor, successfully accomplishing cooperation with and sales to European producers of large commercial aircraft.
