Supported Air Operations from Thailand during the Viet Nam conflict in 1965-66 & 1971-72.
Served as Electronic Warfare Program Manager and Chief of Defensive Systems Program Officel 1976-80 at Wright-Patterson AFB.
Assigned to AF Inspector General team as Systems Acquisition management inspector 1980-83.
