Dennis B. Smith – Dennis spent 20 years serving his country in the US Air Force. He then went to work at Piedmont Airlines, then USAir, and now is the inspection supervisor at National Airport for American Airlines. His passion for flight was instilled at an early age when a family member took him to a local air show. He knew then he wanted to spend his life around airplanes and flight. Dennis is also a private pilot and enjoys flying his Cessna Cardinal as often as possible to Kitty Hawk and other airfields. His favorite places to spend time (besides the airport and flying) are at the Wright Patterson Museum and the Smithsonian Air and Space Museums.
