Dr. Ross is a senior structural engineer at EMS Technologies (formerly Spar Aerospace Limited) in Montreal, Canada. For the last 10 years he has been an essential contributor to numerous concurrent engineering teams to design, build, integrate, test, and fly metallic and composite satellite antennas and components. Alpha received his PhD in Aerospace Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1990. The title of his thesis was "Transient Descriptors as Performance Criteria in the Dynamics and Control of Vibrating Systems".
