Dr. Pande is currently a Senior Director of Advanced Radio Systems at Rockwell Collins where he is involved with aerospace communications and satcom on the move.
Previously, he was CEO of Anova Broadband and Synoptel. He was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Microwave Signal Inc., an AMP company where he provided pioneering leadership in satellite payload. He was Executive Director at COMSAT where his leadership led to successful incorporation of MMIC T/R modules in over 20 satellites. He has been rewarded with 2003 Aerospace Communications Award from AIAA for pioneering leadership in satellite technologies.
Dr. Pande has a Ph. D. in Physics from Indian Institute of Technology and holds six patents and authored 80 publications. He is a Fellow of IEEE and a Senior Member of AIAA. He holds committee positions at IEEE and AIAA as well as advisory positions at the University of Cincinnati and the University of Virginia.
Dr. Pande has been advisor/consultant on various industry electronic and communication projects and the Air Force Wright Avionics Laboratory.
