Dr. Peggy Baty has been a leader in aviation education for many years. Serving as a faculty member and later administrative positions at viation universities, including Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and Parks College, she initiated aviation education initiatives for youth and teachers. Dr. Peggy Baty Chabrian is the founder and President of Women in Aviation International, an organization founded to encourage more women to consider careers in aviation.
