I worked as a civilian for the US Navy as an Aeronautical and Aerospace Engineer. I retired in 1971, so this report covers years before that date. I designed an Altitude Chamber where astronauts practiced going to the Moon. The air was pumped out and oxygen filled the rooms. I also designed the astronaut'?’s clothing. I also modified our 5,000,000 lb testing machine so it could apply heat and loads to specimens. I am now 94 years old.
