Erik Allen Tofte fell in love with airplanes at the tender age of four. A photograph captured his tiny hand on the back of a pilots seat as he looked out the window during his first flight. The love of flying never left him, and he pursued his dream of becoming a pilot. Erik put himself through college the University of Minnesota, and flight school simultaneously, while also working at Woodcraft Hobby, in Minneapolis MN. to pay his own way. While Erik has served the field of aviation in many different ways (including flight instruction) his primary work has been for Sun Country Airlines, based out of Minneapolis, MN. His love of the science behind aviation and flying in general is larger-than-life, and he is able to tangibly translate that to those privileged to fly with him.
