Frank holds a private pilot's license. He flew a Bonanza out of Fallston Airport in Harford County, Maryland.

He served in the Army airborne unit out of Kentucky.

Frank resides in Harford County, MD. He owns his own real estate company, Frank W. Soltis & Associates and he leads the annual Belair, MD Fourth of July parade every year as Elvis.
