Honored by:
George has had a life-long love for flying and space exploration. He had hoped to serve in the U.S. Air Force, but had lost an eye in early childhood. One of his first positions was for General Electric, working on jet engines for military aircraft. He has been a B-17 supporter of the Texas Raiders, and flew in B-17's while assisting in their maintenance. George has also enjoyed his participation in several air combat missions with Air Combat U.S.A.
