    Dr. Dyner is an aerospace engineer and manager with more than 40 years of extensive experience in the management and execution of a broad variety of programs. These ranged over areas including electro-optics, infrared countermeasures, missile re-entry, and satellite systems. The programs included basic research in high temperature gas dynamics, combustion and radiation, as well as system concept definition, analysis and evaluation, development, implementation, operations and test.
    Dr. Dyner has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility during his career with small as well as large aerospace companies. These include: The Boeing Company, The Aerospace Corporation, Aerojet General, Avco Corporation, IIT Research Institute, Mithras Inc., Sanders Associates, SPARTA, inc., and Space Applications Corporation.
    Dr. Dyner is an author of more than 30 publications and has been granted patent #3,771,731, November 13, 1973, for "Mechanically Modulated, Combustion Heated Infrared Radiation Source."
