    David Eisenbath

Henry J. Eisenbath was and is the spirit of Piedmont Airlines. Employed by Piedmont in May of 1950, Hank became a legacy member of the Piedmont family. His job in this career encompassed every work detail an airline could ask for. From ticketing, to boarding to loading, Hank took on all duties with a smile and passion not found in today's workplace. He worked in Norfolk, Cincinnati, and Baltimore before retiring in back in Norfolk in 1991. He retained many levels of customer service as well as station manager in BWI in the mid to late 60's. His passion was carried over by his daughter Deb who was a Piedmont flight attendant for 18 years. His son David currently has 28 years with USAirways and works in Charlotte, NC. Hank still remembers the family that was Piedmont Airlines and regularly flies to see family and coworkers. As he travels through Norfolk today at 83, Hank is always stopped by a past friend to reminisce about days gone by. So here is to an original SPEEDBIRD - Hank, thanks for your contribution to the greatest airline in the world. Piedmont Airlines. Period.
