    Herbert R Graham served as an engineer and manager in the aerospace industry for 4S years. He earned a BS in Aeronautics from the Massachusetts institute of Technology, an MS in Aeronautics from the California Institute of Technology, attended the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, and was elected to four scholastic honoraries. While working at the Cal Tech wind tunnels, he performed tests on century series fighters (e.g., F-100, F-104, etc.), transport aircraft <e.g., DC-8), missiles, automobiles, and houses. For over 30 years, Mr. Graham was an aero dynamist, project engineer and manager with TRW, Ins. His aerospace career included the design and testing of missiles (for the Air Force, Navy and Army), of high-speed trains up to 350 mph (for the Department of Transportation), and of amphibious ships including the Landing Craft Air Cushion (for the Navy). For the Department of Energy, his contracts involved fossil fuel and magneto-hydrodynamic technologies; for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, high-speed data communications; and for the Federal Aviation Administration, programmatic and technical support in maintenance automation, involving all FAA regional offices.
