Herbert S. W. Basler, father of three, grandfather of ten, has instilled in them his knowledge and special interest in the Smithsonian Institution and the Kennedy Space Center. He takes them all on trips to Shuttle launches and to the Space Center. He also gets them subscriptions to Air and Space and Smithsonian magazines.
