It is my belief that, for a while (1959-60) I was probably the youngest Intercontinental Missile Launch Officer and Combat Crew Commander in the USAF. I was also an instructor for other launch officers. This was at Presque Isle AFB, main abd the bird was the SM-62A “Snark.” I was 25 years old.
